Measuring progress leads to better outcomes for your family

Your child’s needs can change — so we continuously monitor their care plan to make sure it fits. And if it doesn’t, we make adjustments, ensuring every child gets the care they need.

Before care:

  • Assess risk, establish a baseline for care, and coordinate any needed referrals

  • Measure anxiety and depression symptoms (as needed)

  • Assess and monitor caregiver stress levels

  • Establish goals and begin measurement of progression

During care:

  • Track goals weekly

  • Assess symptoms monthly

  • Provide resources such as digital skill-building exercises

At the end of care:

  • Measure anxiety and depression symptoms (as needed)

  • Assess and monitor caregiver stress levels

  • Include referrals (as needed) as we end care
