Covered by your Health Plan
We currently offer in-network services through many insurance plans in Washington state, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Copays and deductibles for our services vary based on your coverage. Please call Member Services to confirm coverage and estimate your out-of-pocket cost.
Generally, health plans will reimburse our sessions if your out-of-network benefits apply. We can provide you with a monthly bill for reimbursement by your health plan. All Brightline services are HSA / FSA Eligible.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes. Brightline partners with health plans and employers nationwide. For most of our members, Brightline is covered by their employer or insurance — with no referrals needed.
We accept insurance from employers and health plans such as Premera, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and many more. Our Member Support team can help verify whether Brightline is covered by your insurance.
If Brightline isn't covered by your insurance, your family can still access all that Brightline has to offer. Our Member Support team can provide you with information to submit to your insurance, HSA, or FSA. Call 888-224-7332 to speak with a Member Support specialist.
How do I find out exactly how much I have to pay for Brightline services?
To get an initial estimate, use our Cost Estimator. A more exact amount can be provided during sign-up. We will ask for your insurance information and provide you with a personalized care recommendation based on a brief questionnaire. Once we know what care is recommended, we'll be able to provide accurate estimates on what you can expect to pay for our services.
How does my payment work and what are my payment options?
During initial scheduling or paperwork, we will collect your credit card information. We accept all major credit cards as well as HSA/FSA cards. If you are covered by insurance but have a deductible or copay, you will receive an invoice and payment will be charged to your credit card on file.
Can I use my HSA or FSA accounts for payment?
Yes, all our services are eligible for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) dollars.
How do I get reimbursed if Brightline is not covered by my employer or health plan?
Most insurance plans offer coverage for telehealth services, including virtual coaching and therapy sessions. To verify your out-of-network coverage, reach out to your insurance company. Following your appointment, we can give you the information needed to submit a claim to your insurance provider. This includes steps for submitting your claim and a superbill to help the reimbursement process go faster.
